So.Beer bags Best Low-or-No Alcohol in World Food Innovation Awards 2021

On Tuesday March 23rd, the 2021 World Food Innovation Awards took place, in association with IFE, celebrating the latest and greatest in global food innovation. As the most established and longest running awards in the food industry, The Naked Collective team are extremely proud to have won the ‘Best low or no product’ category for So.Beer. In addition, Mude was runner-up in two categories.

So.Beer is the first of its kind! A non-alcoholic beer with benefits, it contains built-in immune support and is packed with complex B vitamins and minerals. So.Beer starts life from grains of barley and oats, bursting full of B-vitamins & Selenium, Polyphenols & water and is  ‘brewed’ to extract and retain the health benefits naturally found in grains, creating our ISOTONIC ‘SuperLiquid’. Beta Glucan, an extract from Baker’s yeast which scientific studies suggest leads to a healthier immune system is added to our ISOTONIC ‘Superliquid’ to create our Immunoboost formula. In addition, it’s vegan, low sugar and low calorie!

Our health boosting beverages are made with sustainability at the forefront and it’s at the heart of everything we do as a company.”

The judging panel considered 276 entries from 22 countries across 26 categories. FoodBev awards Marketing Executive, Kieran Kennedy said, “With what was a record number of entries for the World Food Innovation awards, we are thrilled to announce this year’s winners. Now in its seventh year, the competition has become even closer as companies explored more daring flavour combinations, pushed the boundaries of packaging design and created innovative new functional products.”

The award can be added to the recognition at the recent National Startup Awards where The Naked Collective was the overall winner in the Food & Beverage Start-Up category. TNC Co-Founder Catherina Butler fought off stiff competition from 55 other entrants by successfully unlocking the TNC story during the pitching process.
