Dr Lisa Cunningham is an Emergency Medicine, Prehospital Flight Doctor. She works with the air ambulance service, bringing lifesaving skills straight to the scene of those in need of urgent care – from cardiac arrests and road accidents to stabbings. She started her Instagram page in 2018 for sharing easy-to-understand evidence based medical information to everyone. She shares medical content from her day to day life on the prehospital frontline. A mother of 3 and wife to Bernard. Lisa advises TNC on research papers using objective critical appraisal.

Millie Gooch is a writer, speaker, activist and founder of Sober Girl Society and author of The Sober Girl Society Handbook. i n February 2018, after years of partying and hangovers started taking a toll on her mental health, Millie gave up alcohol and 7 months later founded Sober Girl Society, an online and real-life space for women who don’t drink booze. Sober Girl Society has since grown into a 122K strong community with followers who include Florence Welch, Sam Smith, Zoe Ball and Christina Perri. Millie hosts SGS’s signature boozeless brunches and sober sweat classes across the country and works with organisations including universities to encourage sober curiosity and spread the message that being alcohol-free is far from boring.

Elle is a 360 creative music artist, director and environmentalist. Her first single was synched as the sound of Lacoste Pour Femme’s ‘ Beautifully Unexpected’ Campaign. Soon after she wrote and featured on track ‘Will You Be There’, which premiered on Diplo’s SiriusXM with over 200 000 listens on Spotify. She has single due out this April with ADA Warner. Elle has written music for CNN International and has produced and directed features for the CNN network, BBC, the IFC, and fashion films for the likes of London and Copenhagen Fashion Week. As an artist, she draws inspiration from nature and champions the environment for the United Nations. Through special projects, alongside writing her debut album, Elle has supported fundraising efforts in excess of £1,500,000 to conservation efforts internationally over the past 18 months. Elle curated and moderated segments for the UN Alliance for Sustainable Fashion at UNEA-4 in Nairobi in 2019 and a sustainable runway show and the music for Whitley Fund for Nature’s Hope Gala at the Natural History Museum with Sir David Attenborough in attendance. She also guest writes for publications such as EcoAge and The Luxury Channel.

Louise has helped thousands of women worldwide to stay in shape with her online plans. Slay Challenge teaching that in order to have a successful fitness journey we must intentionally commit to the practice of training rather than participating in random exercise. “When we connect deeply to ourselves in this way, we begin on the right path to taking ownership of our bodies and transforming our lives and our results become long-lasting!” – Louise Hazel.

Mark Beaumont Ambassador

Mark Beaumont has made a career of World firsts and records to over 130 nations & territories, making documentaries over 15 years. Having cycled around the World twice, he now holds this 18,000-mile record in 78 days & 14 hours – achieving the famous ‘Around the World in 80 Days’ for the first time by bicycle. Off the bike, these record breaking journeys have been through the high Arctic, mountaineering and ocean rowing, including surviving capsize in the mid-Atlantic. Mark was awarded a British Empire Medal in the Queen’s New Years honours for contributions to sport and charity. Mark is passionate about sharing his lifetime of knowledge and well as his rich network, to give people the toolkit and the confidence to push their adventure and endurance ambitions. This is why he launched the ‘Endurance’ podcast series as well as publishing a book by the same title. He is currently working on his 6th book, about sports psychology and how to live a fulfilling, active lifestyle.

Sarah Mulindwa Ambassador

TV personality Sarah Mulindwa is best known as the witty and glamorous Nurse and Presenter on Channel 4’s hit show ‘The Sex Clinic’. Through her background as a specialist Nurse for over 10 years, she is part of a team of experts who cut through Britain’s sex secrets. She not only teaches people about sexual health but encourages them to talk about issues around relationships, identity and body issues. With a background as a radio presenter, she has also contributed to stations such as talk radio, Fubar Radio and BBC Radio London discussing various topics. Having created a unique and diverse career, Sarah is also known in the creative industry as a Fashion Influencer, Radio Personality and has carved a successful career as a well respected Stylist, Fashion Editor and published writer. Her work has seen her in publications such as Vogue, The New York Times and Grazia amongst others. Her exceptional skill sets have enabled her to make her mark across the board in Health, Fashion, TV and Radio.

Conservationist Sam Zwicker, ecologist and animal rescuer, and the visionary and founder behind non-profit Hoja Nueva. Sam’s current doctorate and non-profit research involves assessing the effects of human impact on wild cat populations and creating protocols for reintroducing cats back into the wild.
